Auto Renewals
All subscriptions will renew automatically every 30 days, for that product’s specified renewal rate. An evaluation renewal does not change any account balance or reset an account once processed.
Subscription Cancellations
Once a subscription is canceled it cannot be renewed.
Evaluation Resets
Evaluation resets do not extend the amount of time on your evaluation.
Refunds
All sales of evaluations, data fees, reset fees and other fees associated with evaluation or Funded trading accounts are NON REFUNDABLE. There are no exceptions. (Chargebacks will be treated as fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.)
