Most traders don't pass the evaluation the first time. If you fail a rule, you can reset your evaluation for a fee and try again. This resets the days traded, the balance, and rules by creating a new evaluation account.
If your evaluation subscription renews and your account is already failed, your account will be reset for free within an hour after the renewal payment completes.
Sometimes you may have to ask Support to reset the account once re billed.
BluLive accounts can be reset starting at $250 and then the price will increase by $50 every third reset, depending on the number of times you reset the account.
