Most traders don't pass the evaluation the first time. If you fail a rule, you can reset your evaluation for a fee and try again. This resets the days traded, the balance, and rules by creating a new evaluation account.
If your evaluation's subscription renews and your account is already failed, your account will be reset for free within an hour after the renewal payment completes.
Sometimes, you may have to ask Support to reset the account once re billed.

BluLive/Buffer Accounts
A failed BluLive/Buffer account can be reset as many times as you need. Your first three resets are $250 each. The price then rises by $50 for every further three resets — $300 for resets 4–6, $350 for resets 7–9, $400 for 10–12, and so on.
(Note: If the BluLive Account was passed and moved to Sim Funded, the Reset Fee will be $500 for all resets)

Also note: Resets do not change or extend your subscription billing cycle. Orbit Plan Resets will not extend the 30 day account expiration.
