Affiliate Payout Schedule & Rules

BluSky's affiliate program operates on a 30-day rolling commission schedule to ensure accurate payment verification and account security.

How It Works

  • 30-Day Maturity Period: Commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after your referred customer converts. This holding period helps account for refunds, chargebacks, and necessary payment verification.

  • Available Balance: Once a commission reaches this 30-day maturity mark, it is automatically added to your available affiliate balance. Only matured commissions are eligible for withdrawal.

  • Tracking: All commissions and your "due now" balance can be monitored automatically in real-time via your affiliate dashboard:

Minimum Payout Requirement

  • Affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $250 in available (matured) commissions before requesting a payout.

  • Commissions that are still within their 30-day holding period do not count toward this $250 payout minimum. Payout requests below $250 will not be processed.

Example Scenario

If a customer signs up using your affiliate link on January 1, the commission from that sale finishes its maturity period and becomes available for payout on approximately January 31.

Payout Processing & Methods

  • Processing Timeline: Affiliate payouts commence processing on the first day of each month. Please allow until the 15th of the month for the payouts to be fully completed.

  • Supported Methods: All payments are securely processed and sent via Rise or Gusto.

  • Account Reviews: BluSky reserves the right to thoroughly review affiliate accounts for fraud, self-referrals, chargebacks, or general abuse of the affiliate program before issuing any payouts.

Please note:

"Affiliates are strictly prohibited from launching pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns that directly compete with BluSky’s own paid search efforts. This includes, but is not limited, to bidding on brand-related or trademarked terms such as “BluSky,” “BluSky.pro,” or any close variations, misspellings, or exact match search terms that BluSky is actively bidding on through Google Ads or other search engines. This activity is prohibited unless approved in writing by the BluSky Marketing Team.

This policy exists to ensure a fair and effective advertising environment. When affiliates bid on the same branded keywords as BluSky, it creates unnecessary internal competition, inflates advertising costs, and undermines our direct marketing efforts. Additionally, it results in commission payouts for customer traffic that would likely have reached BluSky organically or through our own paid efforts, or should have been attributed to a content creator. Any violation of this policy may result in the withholding of commissions and termination from the affiliate program."
