We expect all traders to engage with our platform and community in a manner that reflects professionalism and integrity. This encompasses both your trading activities and your interactions with BluSky personnel and fellow traders.

Certain trading activities are incompatible with responsible practice and are therefore strictly forbidden:

● Exploitative Strategies: Any method designed to take advantage of system glitches, pricing errors, or latency delays within our services.

● Disruptive Market Behavior: Tactics such as "spoofing" or any other actions intended to manipulate market perception or price discovery.

● Off-Market Transactions: Executing trades at prices outside the prevailing best bid or offer.

● Unfair Data Advantage: Utilizing external or delayed data feeds that grant an undue advantage over other traders.

● Coordinated Manipulation: Engaging, individually or with others (including across multiple accounts), in trading patterns whose primary intent is to manipulate, abuse, or secure an unfair advantage on our platform. This includes violating our terms and conditions, or using automated software (AI, ultra-high speed, bulk data entry) to unfairly influence outcomes.

● Account Mirroring: Copying trades from another trader, account, or signal provider, as this undermines independent trading skill development and risk management.

● Inconsistent Market Practices: Trading in ways that deviate significantly from standard practices in live financial markets, or that could pose a financial or reputational risk to BluSky Trading Company.

● Price Limit Infractions: Holding positions when a product's price approaches or enters its defined lock limit (specifically within 2%).

The following actions related to account management and program participation are deemed inappropriate:

● Serial Account Depletion (Account Cycling): Aggressively trading an account to hit its Maximum Loss Limit, then repeatedly switching to new accounts to continue similar high-risk approaches.

● Intentional Account Failure: Purposely depleting the balance of a Live Brokerage Account to trigger a failure event.

● Excessive Program Enrollments: Repeatedly purchasing numerous Evaluation Accounts or Resets without demonstrating genuine progress or responsible engagement.

● Misuse of Funded Accounts: Operating Sim Funded and Live Brokerage Accounts or other funded programs with consistent irresponsible trading behavior.

● Unauthorized Trading: Conducting trades on behalf of third parties or sharing program incentives without explicit, prior authorization.

● Trading Patterns: Any activity deemed by BluSky Trading Company (in its sole discretion) as non-commercial, designed to "game" the system, lacking a viable trading strategy, or demonstrating a lack of responsible trading.

Respectful interaction is crucial for a positive community experience:

● Disrespectful Communication: Being rude, abusive, or condescending towards BluSky Trading Company staff, support personnel, or community ambassadors.

● Excessive Demands: Persistently requesting special exceptions, freebies, or account resets.

● Undue Influence: Threatening negative reviews or public criticism to extract free or discounted services.

● Promotional Misuse: Employing promotional codes or discounts in ways not explicitly intended or attempting to exploit offers.

● Support System Overload: Opening an excessive number of support tickets or making unnecessary, repeated contact with support channels.

● Community Disruption: Frequently tagging staff or ambassadors in online communities or fostering a negative/toxic atmosphere.

● Confidentiality Breach: Publicly sharing private communications or correspondence from BluSky Trading Company.

● Improper Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks against BluSky Trading Company without valid grounds or attempting to bypass our dispute resolution processes.

● Misrepresentation: Sharing altered or falsified images/screenshots that misrepresent facts or do not genuinely belong to you.

Violations of this Ethical Trading & Conduct Policy are assessed individually, taking into account the specific circumstances and any prior history. Unlike fixed trading rule breaches, responses to conduct violations are flexible and may include:

● A formal warning and educational guidance.

● Invalidation or deletion of trading days affected by the conduct.

● A mandatory reset of the affected trading account.

● Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account(s) with BluSky Trading Company.

● Delay or denial of any requested payout.

It is important to understand that decisions regarding prohibited conduct are made to protect the integrity of our platform and the interests of our entire trading community.
