Risk Team Review Notice

Please be advised that the Risk Team may conduct reviews at any time and for any reason. These reviews consider various aspects of your account — not limited to your Brokerage or Sim Funded accounts — and are independent of any separate reviews related to those. During this time, you cannot trade your Sim Funded/Brokerage Accounts, and payouts will be on hold until a determination is made. They can take up to 7 trading days. Threatening customer service with negative reviews or such will be deemed a violation of our TOS, and can subsequently result in an immediate release of your BluSky Trading privileges.

Following the review, the Risk Team will communicate their decision to you via email. All decisions made as a result of these reviews are final.

Depending on the outcome, actions may include — but are not limited to — changes to your profit split, closure of your BluSky account, or potential eligibility for transition to a LIVE account. Traders not selected for a Live account at the time of review will maintain their Sim Funded status and must continue to trade with intent to prove readiness for a future transition. All rules regarding the $10,000 profit transfer cap still apply to these accounts.

**Note if a Broker denies your application for a Brokerage account after invitation from our team, its an immediate account closure, all traders must legally be allowed to trade in a Brokerage account and forfeit all SIM profits. **
