Billing cycles
The billing period of 30 calendar days will auto renew each period, even if your account has reached the maximum drawdown limit. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in the Billing section of the members area in order to stop the auto-renewal. Refunds will not be issued if your subscription is not cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code you need to enter it during checkout. A discount code can’t be refunded, adjusted or switched after the purchase has been submitted. We suggest going slow and purchasing one account at a time at checkout, double checking the coupon is actually applied. If you forget to use the coupon code, absolutely no adjustments can be made after the order has been submitted.

All major credit cards (Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH) are accepted. Credit cards are charged immediately upon purchase. Addresses and Names must match the billing address of the credit card used. If you have any issues with your payment, please contact support.
