(5) BluSky Stock Account Plans - Rules

πŸ“ˆ Stock Account Plan Evaluation Rules

To successfully complete your Stock Account Plan Evaluation, you must adhere to the following rules, designed to test disciplined and consistent trading:

1. Achieve Your Profit Target You must reach your specified Profit Target within the given time limit. ● Maximum Trading Days: You have a maximum of 60 calendar days of trading to reach the Profit Target.

2. Maintain Consistency and Discipline Consistency is key to passing the evaluation. ● Consistency Rule (30% Max Profit Day): Your highest single day's profit cannot exceed 30% of your overall Profit Target. β—‹ Example: If your Profit Target is $1,000, your best day's profit must be no more than $300. 3. Adhere to Loss Limits (The Drawdowns) Managing risk is critical; your account must respect the daily and overall drawdown limits.

● Daily Loss Limit: Avoid breaching the Daily Loss Limit at any time during the trading day. β—‹ Crucial Note: Hitting the Daily Loss Limit does not fail your account immediately. However, breaching the Daily Loss Limit may put your balance significantly closer to the EOD Drawdown limit.

● End-of-Day (EOD) Drawdown (Maximum Loss Limit): You must not allow your account balance to fall to or below this fixed minimum balance level at any point during your trading period.

β—‹ How it Works: This is a static maximum loss limit, calculated from your starting balance. It does not trail up with profits.

β—‹ Example: The $2,000 evaluation starts with an EOD Drawdown (minimum balance) of $1,800. β–  If your account balance reaches $2,010, the EOD Drawdown remains at $1,800. β–  Failure: If your account balance ever drops to or below the EOD Drawdown level (e.g., $1,800), the evaluation fails. This limit is the absolute minimum balance your account can reach before failure.

(6) Payouts and Fees for Stock Account Plans

πŸ’Έ Payouts and Fees for Stock Account Plans

Once you have successfully passed your Stock Account Plan evaluation, here is the essential information regarding your trading account and how to begin requesting payouts.

Account Activation & Fees

● Activation Fee: A one-time $99 Activation Fee is required for all Stock Account Plans upon successfully passing the evaluation to receive your funded account. This fee grants you access to the account which you have earned!

● Resets: During the evaluation phase, resets are available for $99 if you fail the challenge but wish to restart immediately.

Profit Payouts

You can request a payout of your profits once you meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.

● Minimum Payout: The minimum amount you can withdraw is $250 across all Stock Account Plans.

● Requesting Payouts: Payout requests are processed on weekdays (Monday through Friday). For same-day processing, ensure your request is submitted before 11:00 AM EST.

● Profit Split: Once funded, you will participate in a profit-sharing arrangement, with traders retaining 90% of their profits with our generous 90/10 split.

Note: To qualify for any profit withdrawal, your account balance must remain above the initial starting amount after the withdrawal is processed.

  • Due to SEC Regulations there is NO Simulated Funded Accounts to be paid from. You can only start receiving payouts once you are in your actual Brokerage Account.

(7) Path To Brokerage

πŸ—ΊοΈ The Path to a Funded Account: BluSky Stock Account Plans

The journey to trading a live funded account with our firm is a two-phase evaluation process designed to verify your skills in consistency, risk management, and profitability. Successfully completing both Phase 1 and Phase 2 grants you access to your funded Account.

Phase 1: Prove Your Strategy (Simulation)

The first phase establishes that you can work towards your profit goal while adhering to essential risk limits.

● Goal: Reach the Profit Target within the maximum time limit while maintaining discipline.

● Key Requirement: Successfully meet the Profit Target and demonstrate adherence to the Consistency and Drawdown rules.

Phase 2: Validate Your Consistency (Simulation)

Phase 2 mirrors Phase 1 exactly, requiring you to replicate your successful performance. This step validates that your profitable trading was not a fluke and that you can maintain disciplined trading over an extended period.

● Goal: Achieve the Profit Target again, confirming your strategy is both profitable and repeatable.

Brokerage Account (Post-Evaluation)

Upon passing both Phase 1 and Phase 2, you transition to the Brokerage Account, where you can begin to request payouts at a 90% profit split now that you have demonstrated proficiency in your trading approach.

● The transition to a Brokerage Account is managed by the Brokerage and Risk Departments

  • There is no Swing Trading in Brokerage until you build the account.

  • Brokerage market hours are 9AM EST - 4PM EST (The broker recommends closing by 3:55PM EST to avoid blowing the account due to a margin call)
