🚀 Important Update — Effective October 1, 2026
We’ve updated the path from Sim Funded to Live Brokerage.
Your existing Sim Funded rules remain in place, including the $10,000 total-profit threshold for a Brokerage Review, but there are important changes to what happens once you’re approved for Brokerage.
What’s New
Minimum payout request: $500
Your payouts still count toward the $10,000 Brokerage Review threshold
When approved for Brokerage, you can now choose to:
🚀 Go Live, or
💵 Take a one-time buyout
New Live Brokerage accounts begin at $0
Eligible Sim Funded profits are placed into your Bonus Vault instead of becoming your live starting balance
Existing Brokerage accounts continue under the structure they were opened with
More details are included below.
1. Sim Funded Accounts
Your Sim Funded Account is the stage between Buffer and Live Brokerage.
It allows you to continue building your trading record and requesting payouts without waiting for a live brokerage account to be opened.
Your Sim Funded Account remains simulated. Your orders do not reach the live market until you transition into Live Brokerage.
Most Brokerage-style trading and risk rules continue to apply during Sim Funded, including:
Contract limits
Risk controls
Account reviews
Trading restrictions when applicable
Account activity requirements
2. Withdrawals & Reviews
Minimum Payout
The minimum payout request is:
$500
Payouts must be requested in whole-dollar amounts.
Once you submit a payout request, stop trading until the requested funds have been removed from your account.
Brokerage Reviews
Before exceeding $10,000 in total profit per account, you must open a Support Review Ticket.
Your total profit includes:
Current profit balance + all payouts already received
Reviews may take up to 5 trading days.
⚠️ Trading while your account is under review may result in account forfeiture.
Risk Reviews may also occur at any time. You do not need to be at $10,000 in profit to be reviewed.
We may also conduct a Risk Review based on your previous account history with us.
Important
Your Buffer does not count toward the $10,000 Brokerage threshold and is not withdrawable.
The $10,000 threshold refers to profit only.
3. Profit & Risk Rules
To encourage consistency and sustainable trading:
Stop trading for the day after reaching $5,000 in daily profit
Stop trading for the week after reaching $10,000 in weekly profit
Reaching the weekly threshold may trigger a review
These limits are designed to promote consistency and discourage oversized or unsustainable risk-taking.
Our Risk Team may also apply additional controls when necessary, including:
Contract limits
Daily loss limits
Temporary trading restrictions
Additional account reviews
If you breach the drawdown on 3 or more Sim Funded or Live Brokerage accounts, we may restrict you to a single active Sim Funded or Live Brokerage account at the Risk Team’s discretion.
Account reviews may occur at any time, and review timelines may vary.
Trading During a Review
Do not trade an account while it is under review.
Trading during an active review may result in automatic account loss.
Trading Within Your Risk Limits
All trading activity must stay within your assigned contract limits and any temporary risk restrictions currently applied to your account.
If trades are found to be outside those limits, automated account adjustments may be made.
These can include:
P&L Adjustments — recalculation or reversal of applicable profits or losses
Balance Updates — corrections to total account equity
Position Liquidations — partial or full closure of non-compliant positions
4. The $10K Brokerage Qualification Rule
Your payouts count toward your progress to Brokerage.
Once your total profit, including payouts, reaches $10,000, you must stop trading and request a Brokerage Review.
This means your Brokerage qualification is based on your total profitability, not just the amount currently showing in your account.
Example
You earn $10,500 in total profit and have already withdrawn $6,000.
You have still reached the $10,000 Brokerage threshold because the $6,000 in payouts counts toward your total profit.
Once you reach the threshold:
Stop trading
Open a Support Review Ticket
Wait for your Brokerage Review
If we determine that you are not yet ready for Live Brokerage, you may be asked to continue trading your Sim Funded Account to build a longer track record.
You may then be reviewed again at a later date.
🆕 5. What Happens When You’re Approved for Brokerage?
This is where the process has changed.
Previous Structure
Previously, qualifying Standard-plan traders could have up to $10,000 per account, minus payouts already received, used when establishing their Live Brokerage starting balance.
For example:
If you generated $10,000 in qualifying profit and had already withdrawn $6,000:
$10,000 − $6,000 = $4,000
Your Live Brokerage account could begin with a $4,000 starting balance under the previous structure.
Across three eligible Sim Funded Accounts, the previous maximum was $30,000 per trader.
Orbit accounts already worked differently. Your Orbit Brokerage account began at $0, with the applicable risk buffer duplicated into the live environment instead of transferring your Sim Funded balance.
New Structure — Effective October 1, 2026
For new Brokerage transitions, your Sim Funded profit no longer becomes your Live Brokerage starting balance.
Once you’re approved, you can choose between:
🚀 Option 1: Go Live
If you accept your Brokerage call-up:
Your Live Brokerage account starts at $0
Your drawdown is based on your qualifying account size
Your live P&L begins at $0
Eligible Sim Funded profits are placed into your Bonus Vault
Example: 50K Account
If your qualifying account has a $2,000 drawdown:
Live Starting Balance: $0
Live Drawdown: $2,000
Eligible Sim Funded Profit: Bonus Vault
Your Sim Funded profits remain separate from the real capital used inside your Brokerage account.
💵 Option 2: Take the Buyout
If you’re approved for Brokerage but do not want to move live, you can choose a one-time cash buyout equal to 50% of your applicable drawdown.
Example
For a qualifying account with a $2,000 drawdown:
Buyout: $1,000
After taking the buyout, a cooldown applies before you can return to Evaluations.
Existing Brokerage Accounts
If your Brokerage account was opened before the October 1 update, your account remains under the structure it was originally opened with.
The new $0 starting balance + Bonus Vault / Buyout option applies to new Brokerage transitions going forward.
6. Payouts
Payouts are available daily, subject to your account’s payout rules and limits.
Processing
Requests submitted before 11:00 AM ET may be processed anytime that same business day
Requests submitted after 11:00 AM ET may be processed the following business day
You do not need to open a Support ticket to request a payout
Minimum Request
$500
You must also place a meaningful trade between payout requests of $500 or more.
Simply flipping contracts to create a qualifying trade does not count.
Trade with intent and as you normally would.
7. Platform Rules
Volumetrica
You may set your own Daily Loss Limit where supported.
Tradovate
Contract scaling is available based on available margin.
Rithmic
Contract scaling is not available unless your specific Brokerage setup states otherwise.
Contract Reference by Balance
Account Balance | Minis | Micros |
$3,500 | 3 | 35 |
$3,000 | 3 | 30 |
$2,000 | 2 | 20 |
$1,500 | 1 | 15 |
Your actual contract limits are the limits displayed on your account.
8. More Accounts. More Payouts. More Flexibility.
You can have up to:
3 Sim Funded Accounts
You may also request payouts daily, provided you meet the applicable payout requirements and remain within your rolling payout cap.
How Payout Caps Work
Sim Funded payout caps operate on a rolling 7-day basis.
Your cap does not reset on a fixed calendar week.
Instead, each approved payout remains part of your rolling total for 7 days and then falls off individually.
Sim Funded Payout Limits
Account | 7-Day Payout Cap |
25K | $1,500 |
50K | $2,500 |
100K | $3,000 |
150K Static | $1,500 |
200K Static | $2,500 |
300K Static | $3,000 |
Example: 50K Propel Account
Your 7-day payout cap is $2,500.
You request:
Tuesday, April 7 — $700
Remaining available cap: $1,800
Thursday, April 9 — $500
Remaining available cap: $1,300
Monday, April 13 — $1,300
Remaining available cap: $0
On Tuesday, April 14, the original $700 payout falls outside the rolling 7-day window, so $700 becomes available again.
On Thursday, April 16, the $500 payout falls off and another $500 becomes available.
Key Takeaways
Your payout cap uses a rolling 7-day window
It does not reset on a fixed day of the week
Each payout individually frees up cap space after 7 days
You may request payouts whenever you have available capacity within your rolling cap
Orbit Plans
For Orbit accounts, your applicable consistency requirement resets after each successfully processed payout.
Across three eligible accounts, the maximum combined potential payout cap can reach:
$9,000 within the applicable 7-day window
9. Scaling
Your initial contract limits may generally fall within:
Micros: 15–30
E-minis: 1–3
If you demonstrate consistent risk management and account growth, you may request an increase in your contract limits.
Any scaling decision is based on your account performance and applicable risk parameters.
10. Your Path to Brokerage
The core qualification rule remains simple:
$10,000 in total profit per account = Brokerage Review
Your payouts count toward that $10,000.
What has changed is what happens after you’re approved.
Previously
Qualifying accounts could transfer up to $10,000 minus payouts into the Brokerage structure, with up to $30,000 across three accounts.
Going Forward
When you’re called up:
Go Live
Start Brokerage at $0
Receive your applicable live drawdown
Eligible Sim Funded profits move into your Bonus Vault
or
Take the Buyout
Receive 50% of your applicable drawdown as a one-time cash payout
Complete the applicable cooldown
