Getting Started with BlackArrow 🚀

BlackArrow is now one of the platforms available for trading your account with us! This guide walks you through setting up your login, creating your BlackArrow password, downloading the Desktop App, and accessing your account for the first time.

Once your BlackArrow account is ready, we’ll send your login information to the email address registered to your account.

This email will include the information you need to begin accessing BlackArrow.

Make sure you are checking the same email address associated with your BluSky account.

You’ll also receive a separate email directly from BlackArrow to set up your password.

Follow the link in that email to begin the password setup process.

BlackArrow will send a one-time verification code to your registered email address.

Enter the code when prompted, then create your password.

Keep this password handy, as you’ll use it to log in to the BlackArrow platform.

Download and install the BlackArrow Desktop App from BlackArrow’s official download page.

Follow the installation prompts for your operating system.

Once installed, open BlackArrow and log in using:

If you have access to more than one BlackArrow license, make sure the correct license is selected before continuing.

After logging in, open the account selector and confirm that your account is available.

Before placing any trade, always double-check that you have selected the correct account.
