Customer Agreement of Credit Card Transactions Disputes Adopted 6/29/2025:
All credit cards must match the customers name and billing address!
1. Purpose:
The purpose of this Agreement is to confirm that the Customer will not initiate a chargeback with their credit card issuer for any authorized transactions processed by the BluSky Trading Company LLC.
2. Acknowledgement of Charges:
The Customer agrees that the charges made to their credit card by the BluSky Trading Company LLC were authorized, valid, and for products or services that the Customer knowingly purchased or received.
3. No Chargeback:
The Customer agrees not to dispute, cancel, or initiate a chargeback with their credit card provider for any transactions made with the BluSky Trading Company LLC, except in the case of proven fraud or unauthorized use of the card without the Customer’s consent.
4. Dispute Resolution:
Should a dispute arise regarding the charges, the Customer agrees to contact the BluSky Trading Company LLC directly to resolve the matter. The BluSky Trading Company LLC will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any such issues promptly.
5. Fees and Recovery:
In the event the Customer initiates a chargeback in violation of this Agreement, and the BluSky Trading Company LLC incurs fees, penalties, or losses, the Customer agrees to reimburse the BluSky Trading Company LLC for all associated costs, including but not limited to chargeback fees, legal fees, and administrative expenses.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
7. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding chargebacks and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
8. Agreement to the Conditions described above:
By clicking this box at checkout, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement and gives up the right to dispute any service provided by BluSky Trading Company LLC.
